the city too busy to hate
Atlanta, one of the busiest cities in the world, if not the busiest. Amidst all of the hustle and bustle of this city, there is a school; a school that teenagers have been attending for nearly fifty years. This high school may seem like your average, everyday school, and in a way it is. But once you enter the halls of Woodrow Wilson High School, you will see just how interesting the lives of the pupils attending the school really are. Drama is waiting around every corner, and gossip spreads like a wild fire. Students attending this seemingly innocent high school are in for the ride of their life. Will you crumble under the pressure? The pressure to be beautiful, to drink, to do drugs? Keep your friends close, and be careful what you wish for. One thing’s for sure, there’s never a dull moment at Wilson High.
Speaking of excitement, Colbie St. John has something up her sleeve. That’s right, she’s finally fed up with Chloe, her twin sister, getting all of the attention. Chloe is the leader of an exclusive clique called The Daisies. The Daises pretty much rule the school, or at least the girls in the school. Chloe is loved by almost everyone, but she can insult you to tears like there’s nothing to it. She has straight A’s and from the perspective of her peers, she’s flawless. Of course, there’s always something wrong under all of that “perfection.” Anyways, back to Colbie. Colbie is tired of her sister getting all of the attention, and she’s finally taking a stand. She has always stood in her sister’s shadow. She was the quiet one, the ‘weird’ one, but she’s ready for that to change. Can Colbie and her new clique, The Carnations, bring down her sister, or will she fail miserably? Only time will tell.
