General Appearance:(Minimum of two paragraphs, please)
Tall, lanky and scrawny, Nathaniel looks identical to his brother, which isn't really surprising as they're identical twins. While he looks frail he's hardy and can run pretty fast due to his long legs (and sometimes the dire need to get away from an angry person on the receiving end of one of their pranks).
While Nathaniel likes to do his best to look exactly the same as his brother, because he has endless fun tricking people, at this point in time his ginger hair is slightly shorter than Theo's. This is because when they both had nits his mother had to resort to shaving his head to get rid of them and it took a while for his hair to grow back. However even with this slight difference in hairstyle it is often impossible to tell them apart as they've had years of practice swapping rolls.
His brown eyes are more often than not alight with mischief and mirth and he's always on the look out for new customers, friends and potential victims of their pranks. Add to that his cheeky grin and people are often left with the impression that they somehow missed the joke.
Likes: Practical jokes, causing trouble, his family, pretending to be Theo to confuse people, being paid at the end of a job, pears.
Dislikes: Getting caught causing trouble, working for free, fish.
Personality:(Minimum of two paragraphs, please)
Nathaniel is the louder and more confident of the twins (but make no mistake Theo is no retiring wallflower), often leading his brother into trouble and just expecting him to follow. He is also more talkative and is always willing to regale anyone who'll listen with tales of their vastly exaggerated adventures and anecdotes.
He is is enthusiastic and curious by nature so is always willing to get involved and try new things. He's also more willing to do hard work than his brother, although if he puts the hours in then he expects a good payout.
While he can be cunning it his Theo who comes up with the plans for new tricks and practical jokes and Nate who implements them. He lets his brother be the mastermind behind the ideas and instead uses his quick thinking to improvise when already on the job/prank. For this reason he generally gets into trouble more than Theo and although he'll complain until the cows come home about it he does not truly mind taking the fall.
Family: Theodore Wood (twin brother; Theo is older by eight minutes), Rupert Wood (younger brother, 16), Caroline Wood (younger sister, 15), Penny Wood (younger sister, 10), David Wood (father, 44), Gwen Wood (mother, 41).

Born several minutes after his brother Theodore, Nathaniel made a lot of noise just to ensure the attention was on him. The two of them were inseparable as kids and generally still are. He had a happy childhood and even with three other siblings and the arrival of Vaysey as Sheriff they were relatively unaffected by the poverty that seems to have struck the rest of Nottingham. As their father always says “There's always another roof to fix.”
What affected Nathan more than the hardship of higher taxes was their father falling off a roof and injuring his back making him unable to work. This made the twins the main source of income for the family and forced them to take over the family business before their time. The twins work together and are willing to travel out of their village of Nettlestone or even out of Nottingham if they need the work. They most recently completed work on the rebuilding of Knighton Hall.
Anything else: The twins are usually joined at the hip.
