[/center]The year is 2013, it has been five years since the disaster.
North Korea launched seven nuclear warheads, bound for the United Kingdom. A computer virus struck the defence mainframe moments before the missiles were detected. Anti Air batteries were none responsive and 10 Downing street could only watch as the seven blips of the radar got closer and closer...

Liverpool was gripped by the shock wave of the Manchester explosion. Thousands were killed by debris and the rioting that followed. The United Nations, The European Union and every other global organisation quarantined the British isles. Leaving us alone to die. With the Army, RAF and Navy all AWOL, all hope seemed lost.
Thankfully, Lieutenant Jason Williams of the RAF formed the Imperial Guard. A law-obiding organisation made to help the public and protect anyone who needed it. The Guard help anyone and everyone, and they do not ask questions. Although there are only a few hundred members, they get the job done, especially in Liverpool.
Liverpool has been gripped by barbarism. Gangsters and Prostitution rein supreme as the economy lies in ruins. The Imperial Guard have the respect of the gangsters and hookers as they do not police them or attempt to disturb them in any way. A mutual stand off. But that certainly doesn't mean they don't help each other out and ask for a few favors.
With resources running out and tension building, will you run, like many have done before? Or will you stand and try to live life in the city of Liverpool?
