Djaq and Marian had found a way to escape without the Sheriff seeing them, but when they got back to camp, Djaq noticed Will and Allan missing. Nervous that they might have followed them to Knighton, Djaq decided to go back alone. Sure it was risky, and stupid, and out of character, but her two buddies could be in danger. There would be no point of happiness if either Will or Allan died. She loved them both as mates, though the love was different for one of them. Still, she could not discriminate in this situation.
Djaq tossed the clothes aside as she ran back to Knighton, her sword buckled tight to her belt. She slipped past the Sheriff again, he had been facing the other direction, and found herself nearly colliding into a group. Djaq was disoriented for a second before she realized it was Will, Allan, Luke, and the girl she had bought the clothes from.
"Where have you been?!" Djaq exclaimed, giving Allan an overly motherly, unforgiving look for worrying her, but her look softened when she looked at Will. The she turned her attention to the younger Scarlett boy. "Hello Luke," she said with a smile. He was growing into a fine boy she noticed.

YES! Allan mentally cheered. Response! Finally, a Knighton girl who understood the concept of eyeing someone up.
"Allan A Dale, at your service, ma'a," he replied, giving a slightly exaggerated bow but kept his head up so he could look at her. Oh yes, she had a nice little figure on her, just the right areas for him to-
Scarborough? he thought, frowning at the familiar word. Now, he knew he should have known who had gone to Scarborough, but for the life of him he couldn't remember. Knowing this was probably insensitive (and willing to blame it on Robin for all the knocks to the head he'd endured during his time as Gisborne's man), he kept it to himself until he had to confront the situation.
"Did you fall down a hole or something?" the kid asked, and Will had looked at Allan, almost sheepishly. Allan just burst out laughing, patting Will on the back. Either he was very observant or completely clueless. He could work with either.
He was about to retaliate (and it would be so easy to pick on the boy because he had grain in his hair and grass all over his clothes and had even managed to pick up some hay from Will) when Djaq arrived, glaring at him like a mother does a disapproving child, and he laughed again. That look had always made him laugh. He sobered, just a little, when he noticed her gaze got that slightly love-struck feel as she looked at Will.
That boat has definitely set sail... and somewhere in him, he mourned a little. However, while Djaq was a fine woman, she was one of many women and the best way to get over a broken heart, he'd found, was to jump straight back on the mule.
He'd heard the name Luke, but still no bells rung in his head as they ought to have done. There were lots of Lukes around; he supposed Djaq and Will had befriended him during his time... away.
Turning back to the delightful teenager he'd just been introduced to, he gave her his most charming smile. "And what, pray tell, is such an angel doing walking amongst mere mortals?"
Hey, if she doesn't like charming I can always switch to crude, he thought.
(OOC: We are Robin Hood~ : In my defence - a) he DID get whacked over the head a LOT in s2, and he didn't see Luke that much in 2x04, I'd imagine - family bonding and that. And he looks like a completely new person compared to the first time he met Luke. =D)

Kate watched the happy reunion, whilst keeping her eye on the Sheriff. Now with the arrival of the Saracen woman, they were certain to stand out like a sore thumb. It made her uneasy. It was all right for Luke, Will was his only family, he could run off with the outlaws, and be fine. Kate had a family, and she couldn't. They needed her for money she couldn't just run away.
Her attentioned turn back to the shorter of the two outlaws, and smiled slightly before letting out a small laugh at his comment. She may have been a village girl, not living life up in Nottingham, still a maiden at 18, not that she saw that as too un-respectable. But she had heard the lines before, from men on the market, ttrying to get her to buy from them instead of the nice old bloke on teh end.
She curtsied back at his bow, looking him in the eye all the while. She'd seen the looking, the smiling and now the line. Sweetly she smiled before replying.
"Walking amongst mere mortals, making clothing for a living. Oppose to living in a forest getting dirty. Yourself?" she grinned and raised her eyebrows quickly. Looking from him to the Saracen woman and to Will before quickly turning it back to Sir Guy's Man. Ex-man. Allan A Dale. She liked the sound of that.

Luke scowled. "Stop telling me what to do Will!" He grouched, he meant for it to sound commanding, like he was old enough to make his own choices in life but instead it came out more like a whine. "And yes, of course she knows!" It wasn't a complete lie, she should have figured it out when he hadn't come back from the market.
"Company? How many? Did you win?" All the questions probably made him sound over excitable, fighting and dangerous situations were something Will dealt with every day but it was all new to Luke. The Saracen approached, glaring at Allan in much the same way as Kate had been at him when he'd run out to meet his brother. "Jack." He nodded in greeting, garbling her name once again.
Luke noticed, with slight annoyance, that Allan had turned on the charm and was directing it at Kate. Angel? He thought, pulling a face. Kate was pretty but surely nobody could get away with a line so... bold. The grimace at Allan's flirting quickly turned into a full blown scowl when Kate responded. Why was she humouring him?

"Luke listen to me if the Sheriff knew who were. He would use you against me. We already lost Mom and Dad I'm not gonna loose you to Sheriff like we lost them" the older Scarlett boy said before turning his head and seeing Djaq run up to them. "We've been looking for you actually" he said with a half smile before looking at Allan seeing him try to woo Kate. Rolling his eyes he looked back at Djaq "Allan fell, sprained his ankle" he said pointing to Allan's foot.
Hearing Luke ask how many there were and if they won Will couldn't help but smile. "If we had not of won would we be here right now Luke?" he said with a raised brow as he crossed his arms over his chest. Out the corner of his eye he noticed Guy and Vaysey toying around with some peasants "Uhm.. I think we should move this indoors" he said looking at the group of people around him.

Djaq turned her attention to Allan's foot. "I can take care of it when we get back to camp," she said. But don't do any running right now," she added. Djaq ignored the way Luke said her name. It was very harsh sounding, but she guessed he was ignorant and not disrespectful. She still felt sympathy for him since Dan Scarlett had died, and she had friendly feelings because he was Will's brother, but she barely knew him.
"I think that would be a good idea," Djaq said, agreeing with Will. "We don't want to give the Sheriff a reason to celebrate." Djaq looked warily to where the Sheriff and Guy stood. Their figures sent chills down her spine.

Oh, yes. Allan really liked this girl. She had a sense of humour! Finally! He couldn't joke with Marian, and probably couldn't joke with Djaq anymore either so it was nice to have a woman he could be a bloke around, even if it was only for a minute.
"Ah, you know, the usual; being dashing, dispatching guards, saving damsels in distress."
It was at this point that he noticed Luke's scowls, which only served to amuse him further. Aw, did he fancy her? A small part of him felt slightly guilty, after all, the kid was only a kid! Fortunately, he was spared any further damaging of the boy's own ego by Djaq bruising his own.
"I can take care of it when we get back to camp."
Allan was actually hurt by that. She looked. She looked. Didn't check it over, didn't give it a proper run through, she just looked at it and declared it leavable till they returned to camp.
Well, she's just gonna have to help Will help me back, he thought grumpily, mood soured slightly by Djaq's (seeming, to him) lack of concern. He was having enough trouble standing as it was, and the likelihood that he'd have to run now was at least tripled because she said it. Didn't she know the problem with jinxes yet? The outlaws should NEVER say anything that could jinx them. He'd learnt it long ago. After all, he completely blamed his getting caught in Sherwood, poaching, that fateful day on himself jinxing it. ("Oh, what the hell? What harm can one deer do...?")
Yes, he knew much better. And now he was doubly worried.
"You were all fine just standing here a minute ago. What's got you spooked? You look like you've seen the devil or something," he asked, back turned to the leather clad upholders of Law standing nearby, going about their daily rounds of hunting peasants for their games.

Luke's mood was not improved by Will continuing to treat him like a child, but he let it drop with only a sullen look in the direction of his brother. Will wasn't going to get rid of him that easily. He chose instead to focus on discrepancies in Will's story about how they'd managed to get in such a state.
"Fell? I thought you got in a fight?" This time directing his question at Allan instead. Maybe if he could distract him he would stop flirting so shamelessly with Kate. The plan to move indoors sounded reasonable but Luke wasn't sure why they needed all the secrecy. Allan, Djaq and Will were outlaws, but it was only Knighton, it wasn't that dangerous was it?
"Maybe you have something to patch up Allan's leg a bit?" Luke asked Kate, he'd had enough sprained ankles, due to clumsy behaviour, to know that it wasn't pleasant especially if they were planning to walk back to the camp. It looked like a pretty bad sprain too, unless one of Allan's ankles was usually twice the size of the other... He was surprised the man was even choosing to stand. "Can you walk? Kate's house is just over there." He pointed at the mill and offered Allan the help if he needed it, completely forgetting it was rude to invite other people into Kate's house.

"Well I can tell you, kind sir, that I am no damsel, and as of this moment, I'm not the one that needs saving." she stated back sarcastically before listening to the coomnents of 'indoors' and 'cover'. She also heard Luke offer out her house, without asked her. "Asking would have done, Lukey." she said, elongating the 'u', before tilting her head at him and looking between the outlaws.
"Go ahead, I've already had m'lday in today anyway. If I'm gunna get done for outlaw collaboration, might as well make it worth while!" she joked before looking down at Allan's ankle and offering out an arm, "need a hand?" she questioned smiling politely and gesturing in the direction of Knighton Mill.
"Come on,"

Trying to think he looked between Kate's house and the group that he was with. A idea came in head which probably wasn't that smart of idea itself but it worked none the less. "Kate get back in the house, Luke, Djaq help Allan inside" he said turning his head and looking at Guy and Vaysey for a second. "Whatever you do don't come out" he said looking at them knowing he was going to get a several disapproving looks. Instead of waiting for any arguments he stepped away from them a little.
"Go" he said before turning around and walk towards where Guy was. Reaching to his back he pulled his long axe out along with his hatchet. "Shouldn't you be picking on someone you're own size Sir Guy?" he said with a faint smirk on face while his eyes looked between the leather clad noble and his guards.

"Shouldn't you be picking on someone you're own size Sir Guy?"
It barely seemed a second ago that he had even ordered his men to advance, yet here was one plucky outlaw already talking to him directly. Him! . Whatever Robin was teaching his young companions, it certainly wasn’t common sense, or indeed rationality. It almost pained him actually, to know that some of the finest peasants Nottingham had to offer, were rallying beneath the rule of Robin Peter Pan Hood. Brow furrowing, the noble stepped forwards, sword sliding from it’s scabbard with the smooth sound of silver on leather.
“If your leader had the good grace to show his face, perhaps I wouldn’t resort to cutting down despondent youths.” Not quite as witty or sharp tongued as it could’ve been, but why should he use his finest combination of sarcasm and prejudice on someone that wasn’t even capable of growing a half decent moustache! Now came the question of whether or not he should capture the outlaw in person, or leave it to his mean.
With a quick motion of the wrist, his guards advanced forwards, blocking off all exits for the plucky young hero. He supposed the boy at least deserved the dignity of being captured by someone with a title and rank, and with that in mind he swung his sword once, getting the balance right in his hand, before he stepped forwards. “So tell me; what is it that Locksley’s been teaching you boy? Other than impudence and a taste for suicide.” Gee, what a charmer.
As the last syllable escaped his lips, the leather clad servant of the Sheriff lunged forwards, blade held aloft at an angle that would create surface damage only if it connected. He’d never had the pleasure of fighting with Mr.Scarlett before, and as such, didn’t know the true extent of his capabilities. Not that they would surpass his of course, he was Guy of Gisborne! Damn near Assassin of King Richard the Lionheart.
How hard could it be capturing a single youthful blacksmith?

Hearing the leather clad noble say “So tell me; what is it that Locksley’s been teaching you boy? Other than impudence and a taste for suicide.” Will couldn't help but smile "That it should only take one man to do ones dirty work instead of getting help" he gesturing towards Guy's men as they blocked off all the exits. At the moment Will was slowly starting to regret his idea. But in the end if he died it would means the others would survive. And that was enough for him.
He watched as Guy lunged forward sword drawn. From seeing previous fights that included Guy and Robin he successfully dodged out the way the sword hitting ground instead of flesh. Clutching on to the hilt of his long axe he shook his head "Surely a man of for stature can do better then that" Will had never gotten the chance to fight guy. Somewhere deep down he was actually glad he was. Though the only thing he wished that Luke wasn't in the house behind if Guy did kill him.
(Ha..Will's being snarky that's so.. Allan rubbing off on Will XD)

Robin ran from cover, stopping the other woman of there group from doing anything stupid. And heading in the same direction as the rest of the gang. Towards the mill. How he was going to do any of this without being seen he didn't know.
Grabbing Djaq around the waist and hauling her across to the mill at such a speed, he ran through the open front door and put her down - still holding onto her. "Don't. Okay, stay in here, where you'll be safe. Will will be okay!

Everything happened so quickly that Allan's head was spinning faster than it already had been. Will was gone; Robin had just dragged Djaq away; Kate was offering to help him get the hell out of there; and Luke was calling after Will-
"Wait," Allan said as Kate took one arm and began to help him limp away, out of sight before Guy and his guards could get a proper grip of the situation. "Lukey as in Little Lukey? As in Luke Scarlett?" He was thoroughly confused. Wasn't the kid supposed to be in Scarborough? When had he come down? Why hadn't he recognised him to begin with? He shuffled forward more, Kate at his side, grabbing Luke's arm.
"Come on, we're in the way here," he said, authority clouded over with pain as he hobbled onwards. But nothing was hurting as much as knowing he was in the way and couldn't do anything to help Will - the idiot what was he THINKING running off like that?!.
After all, how could he possibly fight the guards? By shaking his swollen ankle at them? And he didn't even want to begin contemplating facing Guy any time soon. Instead, he got into Kate's house (feeling sorry for the girl, being plunged headfirst into outlaw's business as she had, and he just hoped she didn't face any repercussions over it) and began trying to think of a way, any way he could do something to help. Or make an opportunity to get Will out of it. If there was a way to get Luke to help without risking him, he'd find it. He had to. He didn't want to lose his friend so soon after getting him back in his life, and actually as his friend.

One minute Luke was being berated for inviting the others into Kate's home without permission and the next Will was running off, warning them to stay. Luke watched him go and finally spotted the Sheriff and Guy standing on the other side of the square. The Sheriff quickly retreated, but that didn't ease Luke's fears at all. Guy was still there and the guards were advancing, blocking off all the escape routes out of Knighton by forming a rough circle around the two men.
"Will!" Luke called desperately. "Will, NO!" He could feel a lump forming in the back of his throat, he was going to lose his brother as well. Shaking his head sharply Luke suppressed the tears, he couldn't just stand here and cry like a helpless child. His mind made up and his face set in a determined, if somewhat watery, grimace Luke moved to follow his brother.
Before he got more than a couple of steps Allan grabbed his arm. "Let me go!" He said furiously, but Allan's grip didn't loosen and Luke was forced to follow as they headed back to the relative safety of the mill.
