Much kicked on his horse, constantly checking that Will was still conscious behind him. He looked over to Djaq and Luke, they were close by. As soon as they made it into the forest he slowed up a little. They were away and no guards knew the forest like they did. They were likely to be followed.
Weaving in and out of the trees heading straight towards camp he readjusted him grip on Will. (He was still there thank the lord) and heading straight at camp. The light quickly disappearing after them – swiftly taking away the hours of daylight they had left. Once the camp was close he slowed up his horse, carefully wrangled his way out of the saddle, stumbling slightly to the forest floor before offering out a helping hand to Will on the horse back before him.
”Sooner we get you into the camp, the sooner we can make you better.” In al honesty in the rush of it all Much really didn’t know what was the matter with Will. But he seemed to be walking okay. Ish. Assisting him down the leafy hill Much pulled on the leaver, smiling at it lifted the front of the camp. It still amazed him. Even after all this time. They needed Will for his superior intellect. Forget being a doctor, or a master of disguise, he was a genius of his art.
Amazingly the it hadn’t been the first thing he noticed, but outside the camp the fire had been lit, the caught rabbit skinned and cooking on a spit. Little John, was the next thing he noticed. Stood in the kitchen of the camp, putting away the remains of the rabbit catch.
Allan was nowhere to be seen. But he had been in Knighton with the other, injured, at the Miller’s was it? Probably wooing the poor girl. He couldn’t recall her name, good at making clothes. That’s what he knew her for. He’d be fine there with her family. No need to worry about him.
There was however need to worry about the eldest Scarlett boy, as Much felt a dead weight tug at his side as the boy fell unconscious against him.

Riding a horse would normally be a alright thing to do. But with ones ribs feeling like they were on fire probably didn't help at all. Plus with all the riding caused small pain like shock waves to travel through him. It wasn't very comfortable but he knew it wouldn't be long till they got back to camp. While he had been in the dungeons the only thing he was looking forward to was his own bunk back in the camp. Sure it wasn't the best thing in the world but it beat laying on stone flooring back in the dungeons.
Once they finally made it camp Will couldn't help but say a little prayer for letting the riding stop. With the help of Much he slowly dismounted from the horse. Walking at first was a little hard but when he was finally able to get his bearings once again it became easier. Ish. When the door to the camp was opened Will noticed that Allan wasn't inside. If he had the energy he would eye rolled knowing fair well what Allan was probably doing back in Knighton with Kate.
He hadn't noticed before but once he was finally off the horse all of the energy he had once before seem to drain. Like suddenly all he wanted to was sleep and stay like that. His conscious was trying to drag him back into the darkness of unconsciousness. He had gone through that before and he didn't like it. It was like being in some dark cave with no light.
Now he wasn't scared of the dark he just feared it a little because you never know what's in it waiting for you. He tried fighting against the darkness that was creeping up on him but it wasn't much use he didn't have the energy anymore to stop it. Before his eyes slipped shut once again the last thing he saw was the worried face of the younger Scarlett sibling.

The fast pace that Djaq and Much set on the horses did nothing to ease Luke's worry. He was sure he was going to slip off the back of the horse, and he was even more concerned that the jolting wound would cause Will to fall or hurt him even more. When he didn't have his eyes closed tightly as he pressed into Djaq's back he was looking over at his brother, willing him to be all right until they got back to the camp.
As soon as they came to a halt Luke dismounted, although it was more of a graceless stumble as he slid off the horse's rump and almost fell over. He rushed over to Will, hovering nearby as Much helped him off the horse and led him over to the cleverly concealed camp entrance. Luke still marvelled at the clever design of the camp and couldn't help feeling a glow of pride whenever he thought that it was his brother that constructed it.
He was distracted from these thoughts when Will swayed, looking unsteady on his feet. The colour drained from Luke's face as he watched Will fight to stay conscious. "Will!" He called voice breaking slightly and tears already prickling at his eyes as his brother collapsed against Much. "Is he going to be ok?" He asked desperately even though he knew it was a pointless question. Nobody had even had a chance to check Will's condition yet.
(OOC: Short and crap but it's a post!)

Djaq was glad to be back at camp. She nearly completely relaxed until she heard Luke call out Will's name and then ask if he was going to be alright. Djaq suddenly became alert again as she walked quite quickly over to Will was. He looked pretty bad. "I need him to be placed on a cot and then give him some space while I check the wounds," Djaq said with authority. She was truly nervous about Will, but she wasn't going to let it show for Luke's sake. He'd been through enough. And sometimes just telling the patient that he was better than he truly was helped as well. If the patient thought all was lost, then mentally he'd give up and he'd let himself slip into the afterlife.
Djaq rushed into the camp, hoping Much and Luke would do what she has said. She was already gathering bandages and other things that might be needed from what she had seen. This was going to be tough seeing Will so injured, but she had to suck it up and get through checking his condition. She could have a good cry in private afterwards, but right now she needed to be strong.

Much turned quickly to grab Will in his arms. Little John, not saying anything on there arrival or the state of the youngest outlaw merely walked over briskly and followed Djaq’s instruction. He lifted the small frame with easy, placing him on his bunk. He stood aside, letting Djaq work on her patient.
Much didn’t really know what he could do. He worried enough about them all as it was. At least this time it was him that had screwed anything up. So far so good with Operation Save Will. Only where were Robin and Marian? And Will was a little worse for wear. Not half as bad as he had expected though in all honesty. Much had expected him to be unable to walk, unable to talk. Let alone be in the living side of things.
But luckily, he was safe. His hand served the worst of his injuries, even if it was bad for Will to lose use of it, at least he still had his life. At least he could still live.
Which is less that he could say for his Master and Marian. Of course, he had ever faith that soon Robin would saunter into camp, happy to have Will back like nothing had happened. But until that time who knew what situations they would be putting themselves in. If both of them came back in one piece it was a miracle.
Much stood back, he would be more use keeping Luke back, teaching him how to tell when rabbit was cooked then aiding Djaq. John seemed to have taken that role passively anyway. Of course, he worried for Will, but all things considered he was in safe hands. Maybe it would just be wise for Much to sit back and cook their dinner. He was never much use anywhere else apart from the kitchen any.

(This post is just random thought/idea that came to my head. Though I do believe its fic that's been screaming in my head to be done lol. It just seemed like a good place to do it. Annnd..I have nothing else to really do with besides this since he's all unconscious!boy until Allan shows up <3)
"William, William wake up" the voice sounded a little echoy to him so at first he couldn't place the name to the face. That was until he felt who ever the person was brush away at the hair on his forehead gently. Only two people in is his life have ever done that. Groaning lightly he opened his eyes and was greeted by the camp roof above him. Frowning his brows he sat up and quickly noticed he wasn't feeling any pain. His ribs no longer hurt like they had before. Thinking for a second he raised his bandaged hand to eye level and slowly unwrapped the cloth. Only to be shown that know wound was there anymore
"Finally your awake" a female voice said coming from the across from him. Shifting his glance from his hand to the person he couldn't help but jump due to being surprised. "M-Mum?" he couldn't help but studder while looking at the older woman. The last time he had seen her alive almost seemed like a life time ago. Jane Scarlett died so her boys could live. Seeing her alive now made a dark thought appear in his head."But...does this mean I'm dea-" Will was scared to finish the sentence but thankfully he didn't have to. "Your not dead William" Jane Scarlett said with a tiny smile on face. "But how?" he said clearly confused. "Well, your stuck in between the living and the dead" she said walking over to him and sitting. "Oh..." he said looking away from her for second to look down.
"William this doesn't mean your going to be stuck here forever" she said lifting a hand to lift his head so their eyes could meet. "That Saracen girl is going to help you. It's just going to take a little time is all" smiling she raised a hand to fiddle this his hair on his head. Will couldn't help but smile due to the touch "I've missed you". "I know you have and your brother has also" putting her hand back down in her lap she sighed. "Oh god Luke!" Will said remembering the past events suddenly. "Calm down William, He's perfectly alright just worried about you is all" she said with smile seeing how close her son's were with one another.
Hearing that calm him down a little "What's heaven like?" the brunette boy said looking at her with a questionable glance. Jane couldn't help but smile at her eldest son's curiosity "Heaven is different for everybody Will. For me its Locksley with your father". "Father's there?" he said with risen brows. "Of course your father is there. He wanted me to tell you that he's very proud of you" she said with a heartfelt smile. Will couldn't help but smile also before looking around the gang's camp a little.
"Where are the others?" he said turning to look back at her. "They're here, but not here-here" she said with a nod while looking at him. "So, to them I'm just sleeping?" he said with a raised brow. "Mmhmm, your just asleep, Djaq is doing all she can to make you wake up" she said looking around the camp a little. "You built this for Robin and the others?" she said looking back at him. Will nodded looking back at her "Yeah, last year all we did was move camp around because of the Sheriff trying to find us. I figured why move when we can have something completely hidden from Vaysey" he said with with a smile.
"That man has everything coming to him" she said a little harshly while looking around once more. "He tried to kill King Richard" he said looking at her. "I know, I saw" she said looking at him. "Saw?" he said with blinking. "Yes, I see everything William" she said with smile. "So you saw, what I did after Father was killed?" he said swallowing lightly. Jane simply smiled before bringing up a hand and resting it on his shoulder "You were grieving William, when one goes through what you did they do unspeakable things but they're forgiven by him" she said looking up for a second with a smile

Luke watched helplessly as Much did his best to stop Will's dead weight from slumping to the floor. Djaq was telling him to stand back, stay out of her way, while she treated his brother's wounds. Distance from Will was the last thing Luke wanted right now. He didn't care if it interfered with Djaq's work, except he did because he wouldn't be able to live with the guilt if he was the cause of any worsening of Will's condition, he needed to be near his brother.
He reached out, his hand grasping for Will's wrist but only just brushing the cloth of his sleeve as Little John scooped him up like a rag doll and deposited him carefully on one of the cots. Luke assumed it was actually Will's bed because there were wood shavings from whatever his latest project was littering the floor nearby.
Djaq was still collecting together her things and Luke used the opportunity to move closer to Will, standing next to the bed and smoothing Will's hair from his forehead. He felt a little foolish for doing so, he wasn't used to being so affectionate with his brother, play fighting and the occasional hug yes, but other than that... It was something he remembered their mother doing sooth them though and, even though Will probably couldn't feel it, it was the only thing he could think of to try and help.
The return of Djaq to Will's side signalled to Luke that he should move away, give her space. He reluctantly backed away and looked at Little John and Much a little desperately for something to do. He needed a distraction or he wouldn't be able to stay away, wouldn't be able to stop himself from asking Djaq a million questions about how Will was. It couldn't be something that took him away though, he would not leave Will's side until he could be sure he was ok, he couldn't face not being there if... if something happened.
He managed a shaky smile at Much as the outlaw led him over to the kitchen area of the camp. Patiently explaining exactly how to cook rabbit. Luke wasn't really listening though and every so often his gaze would drift back to his brother, his expression forlorn as the elder Scarlett's condition did not seem to be improving. He was still grateful for the distraction though, and for Much's company.

Djaq moved back to Will's side promptly. She was tempted as a woman to sit by his side and hold his hand, but has someone knowledgeable in medicine, she knew that was not the best thing right now. So Djaq decided to take care of his open wounds first to stop the bleeding, but then she remembered there could be internal bleeding, and that would be worse. It would be hard to save him then. It didn't seem like a rib had punctured his lung, but she hadn't seen him cough up blood. Still, he'd be much worse off if it was the fact. Will probably wouldn't have survived thus far.
She remembered Will's hand, bandaged and bleeding freely. Djaq unwrapped the bandage. Any woman would have winced and shied away, but Djaq looked at it with a critical eye. She had water near her and she quickly cleaned the wound. There was a flask of whiskey and she had heard that alcohol was good for cleaning wounds as well, though it could sting. But she decided to use her herbs instead. The wound wasn't wide, but it made a hole straight through, so she would have to wrap it tightly. As she had seen before, the ligaments and bones were not damaged and the hand would be useful again. She then went to cleaning the other broken wounds, her hand gently working on his face and body. He still was beautiful, broken and beautiful though. He always looked so strong, but now he looked weak and fragile, like a little boy. Her heart went out to him as she cleaned his wounds. Soon Djaq turned her attention to Will's unseen wounds. She prodded Will's sides, seeing if any ribs were cracked or broken, she waited for his reaction.

(Since several people liked my Jane&Willness I'm gonna do some more)
"William, you do know it was very brave thing that you did" Jane said looking at her eldest son. "Look what it got me" he said raising his hand, even though it didn't have a wound on it Will knew it would be there when he woke up. Jane sighed before taking his hand in to hers "You hand will be fine William". Will looked down to their hands enclosed and couldn't help but notice that his mother's hand was actually warm and not deathly cold from the last time he had held it when she died.
Jane studied her sons features and noticed he had confused look "What?". Breaking out of his thoughts he raised his head so his eyes could meet her's "U-uhm your hand..its warm" he said with a tiny smile before looking down again. A sad smile formed Jane's face before lifting her free hand to tuck some of Will's hair behind his ear. Something she would do when he was child "I wish we had more time together in the living" she said with a tiny sigh. "Me too.." Will said looking at her once more.
"You take care of you Lukey okay?" sighing she let go of his hand stood. Feeling her hand release from his made him look at her "You know I will" he said with tiny nod . "William when you wake up you have to understand you won't remember any of this" she said with sad smile once more. "But? Why?" he said with furrowed brows. "Because, it wouldn't be fair to you or Lukey" she said folding her hands in her lap. "I could easily tell Luke" he said with a tiny nod. "That wouldn't the same. You boys will see me again, your father also. But that won't be for a very long time" she said with smile knowing that both her boys would be living long lives.
Will looked down and nodded slowly "I understand". "Good, now when you wake up make sure you tell that A'Dale boy to clean up his act a little" she said with a playful smile. "This is Allan a'Dale we're talking about" Will said with a tiny laugh. "I am glad you have found a closeboy friend, those are hard to come by" she said with a heartfelt smile. "Yeah me to, its just going to take a little time to fully trust him again like before" the brunette said looking down. "It might be sooner then you think William" she said playfully nudging him
(Anni post next saying like Djaq did whatever so we can like *sleep* so Allan can show up the next day <3)

Djaq removed Will's shirt to wrap his torso as his ribs were broken. Once done she went to wash her hands and then slipped a clean shirt onto Will. "He is going to be fine," Djaq said at the rest of them. Now she needed her space and so did Will. "Do not disturb him," she said as she put her things back and then left the camp. It was still early and she had been stressed and worried for so long it seemed that Djaq was about to beak down. But she would not do so in front of the men, making her seem more like the weaker sex.
