------------------------------------------------------------ Catori Summers
About your Character
Name: Catori Summers Nickname: Tori Age: 18 years Country: England Position: Peasant Job: No real job -- apart from stealing
Eye Color: Green Hair Color: Red Height: 5'5 General Appearance: Typical to red-head standard, Catori is fairly short -- and quite curvy. She keeps herself fit and active(not that she needs to encourage herself), and is often found hanging out at the top of a tree, watching whoever passes by like an attentive hawk spying on a mouse.
Though she keeps up with that just fine, it's keeping her hair neat that she really has to remind herself to do. If the bright red shade doesn't get her attention, it's the fact that it's ultra-curliness prevents her from keeping it tidy. You might see feathers, beads, buttons, twigs, leaves, and maybe even a grasshopper or two hiding out in her mass of curls, whether she puts them there or not, no has had the courage to ask her yet.
Her eyes are probably her most stunning feature; almond-shaped and green as emeralds, sharp black faults jutting from her pupils, straight through the yellow-green surrounding them. She uses those eyes to show any emotion she wants to portray -- and many that she does not.
Clothes, well, she could care less. As long as she can run in it, swim in it, charm people with it, then it's fine by her. So long as it's not pink and frilly. Loose dresses are her favorite, though. Also, she never wears shoes. Ever. Try to get them on her and you'll get punched in the face. Catori is also very fond of jewelry, especially bracelets. She has at least five on her wrists at all times -- and they have to jingle.
Likes: → Falcons -- or any kind of bird, really → Spying → Fortune-telling (usually fake ones, but she gets flashes of brilliance sometimes) → Climbing trees, running, ect. → Animals Dislikes: → Higher ranking people than her → Women (the majority of them) → Men (the majority of them) → Shoes → Anything that ticks her off at the moment
Personality: Despite her sweet exterior, Catori is actually a real firecracker. She'll lie, steal, cheat -- anything -- and it does not bother her in the slightest(though she does have a standard -- the whole robbing from the poor thing annoys her, so she doesn't do that). When she's collected enough stuff from one city, she'll move onto another and either sell them to rich people, or give them away to any friends she may have made in her travels.
She typically doesn't steal from friends, but it shouldn't be put above her, especially if it's a friend in a high place. You could say it's a habit that she can't get over.
It's the same with lying, but she'll only do that if it suits her need. Otherwise she is painfully honest, not caring if what she has to say hurts feelings or bruises egos. She does not trust easily, and basically her jabs and sarcasm are a test of character. If they can stand up to it, then they may be accepted as a friend. Her only true friend, as of now, is her falcon, Mayato.
Catori is fiercely loyal to anyone who is worthy enough of her trust, and will throw herself in harms way for them. Though, that could possibly just be the fact that she's addicted to the adrenaline rush of anything that puts her life in danger, and not loyalty.
Her temper is her biggest fault. It doesn't take much to get her flared up, and it takes a whole lot more to get her cooled down. Anger is the hardest thing for her to keep out of her pretty face, and recently it has been bursting forth more often than usual, as she circles back around towards painful places familiar people.
Family: Mother - Becky Summers(believed to be dead), Father - Dan Summers(43, unknown residence), Older half-sister - Ida(23, unknown residence)
Background: Catori was raised singlehandedly by her mother, who was a sort of witch -- or fortune-teller, more like. Because of this they were always on the move, looking for some place that did not reject them. Any source of money was appreciated(this is where her habit of robbing everyone and anyone who had a bit more than they need). Becky taught her everything she needed to know about magic and people and how to work them to her will. By thirteen her mother and her were wooing men side by side, getting them drunk enough to sneak their money and dash off.
Everything was up and good -- until they were caught. Or more accurately, when her mother was caught and, as far as she knows, beheaded. Since then Catori has kept her forever bare feet moving as fast as they can go, and her hands grabbing uncontrollably at anything interesting she sees. Fun for her.
Anything else: Nooope..(she'll PUNCH you in the FACE. )

RP Sample: "Mama. Stop crying, please," Kia tried to make her voice sound calm and encouraging, but it came out strained. She huddled the phone closer to her ear, trying to block out the wailing and prevent anyone passing by her from hearing. "I..I know, mama. It'll be fine. I'm sure Devin's just fine." This time her voice was even more thinned out, weary of telling her that her elder brother was fine. Why couldn't she care so much about her? What had she done wrong? There was a brief pause as her mother attempted regaining her breath, surely locked in the bathroom of their obscenely large mansion.
Kia quickened her pace, hoping to get out of the crowds before her mother started crying again. She hated the looks that people passed her when they heard; some were polite and only glanced, other stared with either disgust or sympathy. She had no idea which she disliked more. Her mother squeaked up on the other end, finally telling her she had to go and get dinner ready, dad was coming home. Kia glanced down at her wrist -- only twelve. "Big dinner? Guess I have to come." Her voice cracked, but her mom didn't take notice, only snipped at her and hung up. She sighed and glanced at her phone. Almost an hour spent being nice to her dear mother, and that's what she got. Come home late and I'll get it. Don't come home and I'll be dead in the next forty-eight hours.
Tucking her phone into her pocket, she continued down the street, her sneakers making small scuffing noises, her hands tucking in her hoodie pockets. She had to wonder where Zleiyn, her new friend, had gotten to(it'd been days since she'd last spoken to her). And why her life was so..dysfunctional. Having an abusive dad was a bit hard on a teenager, especially when your mother could care less. She got so fed up sometimes, she had debated between running away and slitting her wrists.
So wrapped up was Kia in her thoughts that she failed to notice(despite her canine-like senses) that she had crossed into unknown werewolf territory. Hell, she didn't even know there was such a place in Jersey. She'd even danced into vampire turf unknowingly. That's what happened when her parents did not expect much of their daughter, least of all her tromping around where she wasn't supposed to. She was the good beaten on girl, after all. Treated just like the dog she could shift into.
