General Appearance: Adrienne is your classic French beauty: pale skin, dark hair, flirtation face. She has fair, Caucasian skin that is healthy and smooth. Her hair is dark brown and mostly on the curly side of things - though the curls are large and loose, not tight - with a fringe. Her eyes are large and slightly almond shaped, matching her open face. Her lips are average size and full (perfect for kissing, might I add). She has a very friendly, though often mischievous, smile and large cheek bones that betray her dimples when she does smile.
Adrienne is perhaps average height and perhaps a little shorter, depending on how you would view a 5 ft. 5 in. women to be. She is well proportioned all around, not too skinny or large. Though she has a bit of muscle, she doesn't spend much time 'working out' as she tries to uphold the appearance of a French noble woman, since she is. Also since she is from France, her clothing is very often the latest in style, if not downplayed a bit for the humbleness of Nottingham. After all, why ruin your best things for a bunch of peasants?

Personality: Adrienne is a very smart girl, though she tries her best not to let others know just in case she needs to use it for something important. She is very witty and coy in conversation, especially when she is trying to skirt around an issue. Adrienne is extremely competitive and, though she doesn't throw tantrums when she looses, she does hold a grudge for a day or so. But she is also compassionate, though not in the common sense. She normally doesn't give pennies to the poor and help with charities, but she hates injustice. When someone isn't getting something they deserve...or when they get something they don't deserve.
She often doesn't agree with everything done in Nottingham but submits to whatever her father commands...through the sheriff. Adrienne has a hard time discerning between her father's wishes and the sheriff using her. When she is certain that the commands are invalid, she simply goes away and acts as if she had forgotten or misheard. Sometimes it works. Sometimes is doesn't. But every time, she at least avoids carrying out the terrible ideas.

Background: The daughter of a duke, Adrienne was born into a comfortable and wealthy position from birth. She had things easy but her parents often added confusion. Her mother was a kind, gentle soul who would not be able to hurt a bee even if it had strung her. Her father, on the other hand, was harsh and power-hungry. If a bee strung him, you could be sure he would destroy the whole hive. Because of this difference, their advice and lessons were drastically different and somehow Adrienne managed to settle somewhere in the middle.
When hearing that the Sheriff of Nottingham was planning a revolt through his suspicious friends, he wanted a part in it and quickly arranged something. He offered soldiers and funds in return for a piece of England. But he didn't want to be sold out cheap, he wanted insurance. Hence, his daughter Adrienne takes center stage. Using her has an ambassador and personal overseer, he sent her to Nottingham to make sure their pact stayed in tacked.
