Nickname: N/A (Although he is often addressed by his surname)

Job: Works in the castle as one of the higher guards.

Hair Color: Dark brown.
Height: 5'8”
General Appearance:(Minimum of two paragraphs, please) Short, stocky and well muscled there isn't anything about Jacob that is soft or delicate. He uses his bulk to his advantage and easily intimidates people, even those taller than him, by the immovable quality of his broad shoulders (and more than passing resemblance to a stone wall).
He wears his hair cropped close to his head, a dark shadow of stubble being all that is visible. This is partly an attempt to to mask his receding hairline, but as he is not a vain man, it is mostly because he can treat it with the same attention as he does the stubble on his chin; very little. Jacob's face only adds to the impression of a hard and menacing person with his large brow, wide nose and mouth usually turned down in a grimace.

Personality:(Minimum of two paragraphs, please) If anyone came to be under the impression that Jacob was gentle despite his appearance they would be wrong. His stony personality perfectly matches the gruff exterior. He prefers to employ blunt silence, opting for rough grunts of ascent when ordered to complete a task, as when he speaks his accent is common and it is clear he is uneducated. He cannot be goaded into a war of words, instead relying on brute strength and he will fall back on this strength if he feels he is being insulted.
He has a taste for violence and bloodshed and he has no qualms about hurting those who get in his way. Jacob can also be known to have outbursts of extreme anger if pushed and he can be unpredictable when this happens. Apart from during those times he is good at following orders and is loyal to the Sheriff as he sees no reason to ever switch sides.

Background:(Minimum of two paragraphs, please) Jacob was born and raised in a small village in the south of England. He was quickly recruited into the guard and through loyalty, intimidation and a penchant for violence ended up working for the Sheriff Vaysey. He was one of the few men who was sent on, and survived, the attempt on the King's life headed by Gisborne.
He has been living in the castle since then, leading the guards against the outlaws and following the orders of Vaysey and Guy. Because of his experience and lack of moral compass he can be trusted with the more unpleasant and discrete jobs set to him by the Sheriff.
Anything else: Jacob cannot read, nor does he have any interest in learning, which makes him a good person to be trusted with important letters that need delivered if secrecy is required.
