Much pulled on the lever and the front of the camp popped up before him. Never had he spent so long hunting. But he really made an effort this time. He'd caught a fair few rabbits, and currently had them strung across his shoulder ready to prepare. He ha expected to come back to a camp full of the gang members. But it was entirely empty. Which was bizarre to say the least.
Robin had been back, he knew that. Three rabbits lay strewn across the kitchen counter, or makeshift kitchen counter anyway. Little John would have put the rabbits on the spit ready for cooking. Robin was just plain lazy, and always had somewhere else to be. Normally with Marian.
“Honey,” he huffed as he threw down his catch and started to prepare them all, including those Robin had caught. Will and Djaq were probably off somewhere doing something. Allan was probably crawling back to his master, and Robin and Marian. Well they were probably ”Burying a corpse in the forest”. Much huffed and puffed himself silly. Why wouldn’t there be somebody at the camp? He was worried to tell the truth, normally had they split off they would have spoken about it first. He supposed that they could be doing drop offs, but nobody had mentioned anything. It was all a little out for Much to feel comfortable with, and until somebody returned and told him to do otherwise, he would do what he did best. Worry.
Although he knew he should, that dreaded feeling of doubt crept through his mind. His thoughts filled with a bitter tinge of worry. He didn’t like it, he didn’t like it one bit. If Robin or Marian, or any of the others were caught by a guard or Guy, or anybody who wasn’t on their side, they were dead. (OOC - MUNCH!!!)

Djaq nearly ran back to camp ahead of the others. She remembered where she put the book to make black powder. She ran up the small hill after pulling the lever. "Hi Much," she said, running to her cot where the book was. It was almost instinct to greet him and it hadn't registered in her mind that he was there. When she turned around and finally noticed him.
"Much! Where have you been?" she asked, her face looking worried though not for Much. She walked past him to her bottles of medicine, herbs, and such. She began mixing the ingredients, measuring and mixing with a certain ease showing she had done this many times before.
Once finished she looked up at Much. "Will has been taken," she said, standing up as she pocketed the black powder.

Much whipped around as he heard the rapid footsteps down the hill. He saw the whippet movement of Djaq. Never had he seen the girl move so fast. His smile for company soon disappeared as he saw the look on her face.
”I’ve been hunting for our dinner as per usual!” he searched her face for the answer. Hang on a cotton pippin minute! Where was Will? She was rarely without him. ”Where’s Will?” he couldn’t stop himself from asking as she stopped what he had been doing. Good job too as her answer would have made him cut something he’d rather he hadn’t.
”Taken? What do you mean taken?” he asked, confusion crossing his face and she was frantically looking for something. He’s missed something obviously.

"I don't think we'll need dinner tonight Much," she said, looking at the rabbits. Djaq was getting a little tired of eating rabbit, but it was the most plentiful and easiest animal to catch. Djaq suppressed tears when he asked where Will was. She didn't want to think, just do. And since the plan was set in motion, she didn't need her thoughts to go further than getting into the prisons. After that she would see what was in store.
"Guy of Gisborne … he, he knocked Will on the back of the head when he was trying to distract him. They took him to Nottingham," she said, facing Much. "Just get your weapon, we need to save him. Robin has a plan," she added.

Much visibly gulped when she mentioned Gisborne’s name. Will was a dead man. If he wasn’t already that is. Gisborne would torture him until the cows came home, (OOC – and then he’d torture the cows – what is it with me and manip-ing Buffy quotes today?) and then he’d kill him once he’d gotten what he wanted. Even Gisborne wasn’t stupid enough to pull the same spy trick twice.
”Gisborne?” he repeated completely coming away from the table, and running over to the weapons chest, grabbed out his broad sword. Then back to the kitchen, picking up his shield and bow, preparing himself for any eventuality. Nothing was going to get past him. Will was one of their biggest assets, after Robin. They would have been a lot easier for find had the young craftsman not made their camp. He made their arrows, and had gotten them into the castle more times than he could remember.

Djaq smiled through her unhappy expression as she watched him get his weapons. He was such a loyal friend and Djaq loved him for it. Djaq approached Much and put her hand on his arm. "Thank you Much," she said. Sometimes he knew when to shut up and take action instead.
"So, Robin is getting some guard uniforms for us to go in unnoticed." Djaq looked around, making sure she had everything. Djaq hadn't stayed long enough to hear where they would meet Robin, but she guessed she'd wait a couple more minutes before they headed to Nottingham.

Much didn’t always talk too much. Some times he knew when to be quiet. Now was one of those times. He didn’t really understand, he didn’t need to - to know that Will was in trouble.
”What about Marian? Allan? And what about Little John? Have any of you seen him?” Maybe if he hadn’t seen the gang - John would’ve. There hadn’t been any sign of him at camp. Maybe Guy had captured him too. Many thoughts bombarded Much’s mind. And right now he didn’t welcome them.
”What’s the plan?” he asked hurriedly. Having heard ‘guard uniforms’ and ‘Robin getting’ in the same sentence.

"Allan sprained his ankle and is useless at the moment," Djaq said, trying not to sound harsh about Allan's condition. "Marian and Robin are well, along with Will's younger brother. As for Little John, I've yet to see him." It's true that John was missing in action, but he had probably gone on his own mission. "Maybe he's getting some honey as well," she added with a shrug.
"As for the plan, there may be an inside guy, but we sneak in as guards, distract Guy, get Will, and get out." It didn't sound like a complete plan, but none of Robin's plans were. There was always a margin to err in. Djaq walked toward the entrance to see if Robin was coming. "I have the black powder for a distraction and Luke and I will get Will out, if he can't walk," she added, looking a little nervous.

Had it been any other time, Much would have laughed at Djaq use of the word honey. But now was not the time. He nodded at all of the people’s name and their current actions, so where was Allan? ”Where is Allan going to be then if he can not walk at the moment then?” he asked and then went back to worrying about the safety of Little John and his prolonged absence from the group.
”Luke Scarlett is in town?” Much asked with a brief smile on his face, before realising that the boy must be distraught if he knew what had happened to his brother in any case.
”Black powder?” Much asked before shaking his worried head, ”Djaq, we can not be meddling with this stuff again!”

”Djaq, we can not be meddling with this stuff again!”"We need it" a voice said as the door to the camp opened showing Robin carrying a couple guard uniforms. Dropping the uniforms to the ground he rested his hands on his hips "Its the only thing we have that has the power to distract Guy, give Djaq and Luke enough time to get Will out of the dungeons".
At least that's what Robin thought it would do. Just get a couple of pouches filled with black powder, light them and toss them in to the castle courtyard. It was simple and effective and cause enough noise to draw the leather clad noble from the dungeons. His plan was set now all he to do was worry about both Marian facing Guy and others getting Will out of the dungeons alive.

Marian followed Robin to the camp, and through the armour she had stolen from her guard to the floor by Robin's collection. They had gotten afew more uniforms, hiding the unconcious bodies of their owners behind stalls, and down alleyways.
"We cant hang around" Marian announced looking up "Once those guards start turning back up at the castle with nothing but their underclothes on, the Sheriff will know we're planning to enter the castle." She nodded and smiled to Much in greeting and walked past Robin, trying to act as normal as she could, although she was still very annoyed at him, and went to sat on their bunk. She started to fiddle with the string on her new shirt, they were so much more comfortable than the dresses she had to wear in the forest, she liked how they fitted tight but did not pull in and push things out like some of her more fitted attire had done. Feeling guilty for not doing anything she offered if Much needed any help with the rabbits, she didn't know alot abit cooking, but now she was here, she was wiling to learn, and share the burden with Much, whom she quite liked.

Stripping the stout guard of his uniform had been one of the most unpleasant experiences of Luke's life. When he'd pulled the chain mail shirt on over his own clothing to save carrying it, the armour was heavier than he'd been expecting, he'd instantly begun to wish that he'd picked a guard with at least a gesture in the direction of cleanliness. He was also starting to wonder how anyone could possibly mistake him for a guard when the uniform was completely the wrong size for him. Even with only the chain mail on he could tell all the clothing was going to be too long and far too wide for him.
Robin and Marian had already taken out a few more guards to get the extra outfits they needed, proving once again to Luke that he really didn't know what he was doing on this rescue mission, and had set off in the direction of the forest. Luke hastily put the helmet on (which was far too large so he had to tilt back his head to even see where he was going) and collected up the rest of the uniform before scurrying after the two outlaws.
The trip to the camp was largely uneventful, although Luke, who didn't really know where he was going, spent much of his time having to run to keep up with Robin who had set a rather fast pace. By the time he reached the entrance to the camp Luke was out of breath and slightly red faced, he dropped what he was carrying onto the pile Robin had made and stood back. The outlaws were at ease here, this was their home after all, but being here without Will only made Luke realise how little he knew the people his brother lived with. Feeling suddenly shy, he remained quiet, hoping not to draw attention to himself until they were ready to leave.

Djaq was about to answer Much's question about Luke when Luke entered in his guard uniform. "Yes," she said, looking at Much and then at Luke. "Allan is safe in Knighton with the Miller's daughter. I thought it best he rest and not use his ankle much," she said. Djaq then turned to look at Marian.
"Yes, we should go. Are there enough uniforms for Much and me?" she asked. If not then she could always knock a guard out as they approached. She scanned the room, short of Little John and Allan, the gang seemed to feel complete. For a while there Allan had not been apart of the group, so this number still felt most comfortable.

It looked to Much that they may have been a uniform short. It wouldn't surprise him if he had been forgotten. He was always forgotten. He laughed slightly at the look of Luke in the overally sized uniform, before turning to Robin.
"What do you plan on doing with Black Powder, Master?" he asked, even if it did seem somewhat stupid, he wanted to know. Distract Guy he had said. Distract Guy from what? The fact that Marian was in the castle? Or was that all part of the plan as well. What bigger distraction that Marian for Guy. Even if he did try to kill her, twice now, he would never understand the man. He was warped.
The Miller's daughter? What is he doing with teh Miller#s daughter he questioned himself, before simply passing it off as more Honey and helping doing whatever needed doing.

"Yes, there's enough uniforms for everyone, I'm sure!" Marian said as she went to riffel through them. Holding one up that that looked like it would fit Much, she handed it to him and went about sorting the others, as she glanced up at Luke she giggled "Luke- that's a bit big, don't you think?" And presented him with a smaller uniform, that would hopefully fit a bit better than the one he had on now.
Her fist was still sore from the forceful punches she had thrown today and she stretched out her hand, it was a little bruised and there were afew small grazes but nothing to be worrying about. She looked back up at everyone, trying to organise the uniforms to fit the different frames that stood around her, she chucked Robins at him without even really acknowleging him, but then curtly handed Djaq hers. Finally she pulled the last one up, she doubted it would fit right, but she'd be rid of it the moment she entered the castle, people had to see her to alert Guy, so it would only be a burden for a short time, and waited for Robin to explain the plan to a slightly miffed Much.
